is the Head of the Research Centre and the Business Programme at ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ (BIU). He holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Economics from the prestigious Beijing Normal University (BNU), a leading public university in China. His areas of interest include Retirement Planning and Labour Market Studies, in which he has published multiple academic articles in indexed journals. In addition to teaching and academic research, Dr. Devendra is an active columnist in international media. He has contributed articles to The Financial Express, The Economic Times, The Ethiopian Herald, Kurdistan24, Kurdistan Chronicle, and The Tashkent Times. His academic research has been incorporated into the course curricula of several universities. Recently, he was honored with the Career Award for Young Teachers (CAYT) by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Government of India's regulatory body for technical education. Before relocating to Kurdistan, Dr. Devendra visited several countries, with notable engagements in Sweden, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan.
