He holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Gdansk University of Technology in Poland, where he also taught and conducted research. His academic interests focus on hydrological modeling, water resource management, and climate change adaptation. Dr. Mustafa has published peer-reviewed articles addressing flood risks, urban hydrology, and remote sensing applications. He is dedicated to guiding students through real-world environmental challenges and actively contributes to university admissions and academic development initiatives.
