A passionate about Chemistry. I completed my PhD from Manchester University in 1999 and qualified as a teacher from Bolton University in the UK. I have extensive teaching experience in both the UK and Iraq, lecturing at many colleges and universities. I have specialized in teaching physical, analytical and inorganic chemistry and love to see my students learn and become confident in these areas. I am keen to make chemistry relate to everyday life so that students understand the purpose of what they are learning. I believe in the importance of student participation in my lessons and encourage discussions in my class which helps to strengthen learning and critical thinking.
