Dr. Iman Ibrahim is a medical doctor (MBChB) from Hawler Medical University, with executive education in AI in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School and Public Health Leadership from Washington State University. Her work focuses on advocacy, policy development, and research to advance public health, cancer care, health education, and AI integration in healthcare. She is the founder of Wigs4Kids KRI, Kurdistan’s first initiative providing wigs for children with cancer, and an alumna of the Global Shapers Community, World Economic Forum. Dr. Ibrahim has received awards for healthcare innovation, leadership, and community service. Passionate about equitable healthcare and innovative, student-centered teaching, her academic interests include Hemato-oncology, Public Health, Digital Health, and Medical Education.
