Hameeda Muslat is an Iraqi architect and lecturer at the School of Engineering and Technology, holding a BSc and MSc degree in architectural engineering and brings extensive teaching experience from several leading universities across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Interests include architectural theories, sustainable strategies in design, and integrating local knowledge and resources into architectural education. Hameeda has published multiple research papers including works on visual literacy in built environment and architectural language, with further papers currently under review. Hameeda is also committed to broader academic and professional development through guest lectures, public engagement, and institutional collaborations that bridge academia and practice.
