Hassan is a lecturer at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥. He holds a PhD in the political philosophy of the Constitution from Soran University. As part of his doctoral studies, he also pursued law and politics at Sciences Po Grenoble in France. He is also a Constitutional Scholar Advisor at the International Constitution Center in Lugano, Switzerland, and an Associate Editor of the Constitutional Studies Journal, published twice annually by the Comparative Constitutions Project and the International Association of Constitutional Law. He is a scholar and activist in the fields of constitutional governance, human rights, liberal democracy, and the rule of law within both national and international contexts. His research focuses on comparative constitutionalism, the philosophy of law, democracy, and human rights.
